Booking deposit and cancellation policy

What is the booking deposit?

• If you have a problem with payment or entering card details - call us on 04-300-5001 and we will be happy to help.
• The company will not use these card details to pay for the game. They are stored only for charges under the cancellation and rescheduling policy. When you arrive at the branch, you can pay for the game with cash, a card, a gift card or other available methods.
• The system places a hold on the card credit limit without charging it. The hold is released automatically within a few days after the game.
• After booking, you will receive an SMS with a link to enter your card details. A temporary hold of 200 ₪ will be placed against the card’s available credit.
• Card details must be entered within 20 minutes of completing the booking.
• Do not use a Direct or Debit card for the deposit. Because these cards do not have a separate credit limit, the amount may be taken directly from your bank account.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy

If the booking is canceled or the game is moved to a later time, the charge is determined by the time remaining before the original scheduled game start:

• 24 hours or more before the game starts - the customer will not be charged.
• Less than 24 hours, but more than 60 minutes before the game starts - the customer will be charged 100 ₪.
• 60 minutes or less before the game starts, or in case of a no-show - the customer will be charged 200 ₪.
• You can move the game earlier or switch to another escape room at the same time - without a change fee, if a slot is available and the group is suitable.
