Your mission
An immersive story, carefully designed sets and puzzles that draw your team into the world of the room.
The NYPD has called you in to deal with a serious threat: a bomb has been planted somewhere in the city and time is running out. As FBI agents, you must collect evidence, analyse the scene and connect every clue before it is too late.
Real Detective blends investigation, action and teamwork. Its clear structure helps beginners enter the story quickly, while the puzzles remain substantial enough for experienced groups.

A clear investigation structure brings new players into the story without sacrificing the challenge experienced teams want.
Collect evidence, connect the information and locate the bomb before time runs out.
Progress depends on sharing details, dividing tasks and analysing the material together.
Choose with confidence
Before booking, check whether the atmosphere, intensity and activity level are right for your group.
Not scary
The bomb threat creates urgency, but this is not a horror room and it contains no deliberate scares.
Please note: children under 10 may become frightened even by a game that is not classified as a horror game.
Light activity
There are no strength tasks, but some hidden passages may require bending or stepping over a low obstacle, so the room may not suit people with limited mobility. For wheelchair users, we can try to find a suitable arrangement with advance coordination by phone.
For beginners and experienced teams
The investigation is clear for a first game while remaining satisfying for experienced players.
The game is challenging but approachable for attentive first-time teams.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. The clear investigation structure helps new players understand the mission and divide roles. No previous puzzle-room experience is required.
No. The bomb and the clock create urgency, but this is not a horror room and there is no live actor or deliberate scare scene.
The room is designed for 2–8 players. Small teams share almost every stage, while large teams can divide evidence gathering, analysis and practical tasks.
You examine a scene, collect information and connect clues from different places. Success depends on observation and communication, not specialist knowledge.
The room uses flashing lights, loud sounds and a smoke machine that can be disabled in advance. Some passages may require bending.
Real Detective lasts up to 60 minutes. The actual finishing time depends on the team's pace: a team that progresses quickly may finish earlier, sometimes without any hints. The game master follows the team's progress throughout the game; players can ask for a hint at any time, and the game master may guide or assist when needed to maintain a suitable pace. We aim to let the team solve as much as possible independently and use as few hints as possible, but the game ends no later than 60 minutes, and progress and outcome depend on the team.
