Frequently asked questions
The fear level is 1 out of 3. It is not a horror room, but it includes darkness, effects and staged scenes of gunfire or fighting.
The room is especially recommended for experienced players. It is almost the hardest challenge in the complex and requires concentration and precise communication. A first-time team can still choose it if they want a serious challenge, work closely together and use hints when needed.
Basic reading of short words and sentences is enough. At least one member of the group should be comfortable with that level.
The room is designed for 2–6 players. Whatever the group size, sharing every new piece of information is essential.
The game uses smoke that cannot be disabled, flashing lights, loud sounds and passages that require bending. Contact us in advance for relevant sensitivities or limited mobility.
The Purge lasts up to 60 minutes. The actual finishing time depends on the team's pace: a team that progresses quickly may finish earlier, sometimes without any hints. The game master follows the team's progress throughout the game; players can ask for a hint at any time, and the game master may guide or assist when needed to maintain a suitable pace. We aim to let the team solve as much as possible independently and use as few hints as possible, but the game ends no later than 60 minutes, and progress and outcome depend on the team.
