Quick answers to important questions

These are the complex-wide guidelines. Details specific to each game appear on the relevant room page.

Yes. You do not need previous experience or specialist knowledge. Everything you need is inside the room, and the game operator monitors your progress and offers guidance when needed.

If your team gets stuck, the operator can provide a hint through the screen or audio system. There is no single published limit for every room — our aim is to help you keep moving and enjoy the experience.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your session for the briefing. Late arrival may reduce the actual playing time, so the game will last less than 60 minutes. If you are delayed, call us as early as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that the game will take place at the scheduled time.

Our general recommendation is age 10 and above. In most rooms, children under 12 participate with an adult. The exact age and atmosphere depend on the game you choose.

Most puzzles rely on logic and observation. Our team includes Russian-, Arabic- and English-speaking operators, but availability depends on the shift, so please arrange language assistance by phone before booking.

24 hours or more before the game starts - the customer will not be charged. Less than 24 hours, but more than 60 minutes before the game starts - the customer will be charged 100 ₪. 60 minutes or less before the game starts, or in case of a no-show - the customer will be charged 200 ₪. You can move the game earlier or switch to another escape room at the same time - without a change fee, if a slot is available and the group is suitable.

Cancellation and deposit policy

Most rooms are not frightening. Saw is designed primarily for horror fans and has a dark, tense atmosphere. Actors are not a permanent feature of every game, so ask the team before booking if this matters to your group.
