When you bring together colleagues, a large family or a group of friends, the activity should involve everyone rather than leave half the group watching from the side. An escape room gives people a shared goal, keeps everyone engaged and creates stories that continue long after the game ends.
Quest Room is Israel’s largest escape-room complex and the only location with eight escape games at one Haifa address. We can host up to 65 people simultaneously, divide a large party among several rooms, coordinate a shared start and add a private event room for refreshments or another activity.

Why do escape rooms work for team building?
At an ordinary social event, some people lead the conversation while others stay on the edge. An escape room puts everyone inside the same story from the start. One person may spot a hidden detail, another may crack a code, organise the search, connect two ideas or keep the team calm as time runs down.
The game takes colleagues out of their usual workplace roles. A shared mission reveals how people exchange information, make decisions, divide responsibility and help one another when the first idea does not work.
No previous escape-room experience is required. We can recommend games based on the participants’ ages, team size, experience and preferred atmosphere—competitive, light-hearted, suspenseful or especially challenging.

How does a large-group event work?
We begin with the number and make-up of your group. From there, we select several suitable games and divide the participants into comfortably sized teams, so that everyone has room to contribute without overcrowding a room.
The teams play different stories in parallel. We can coordinate a common start and turn the event into a friendly competition, then bring everyone back together to compare results and hear what happened in the other rooms.
The complex can host up to 65 people at once. For a particularly large group, subject to availability and advance coordination, the complex can be reserved for the event and organised around one shared schedule.

From arrival to the end of the event
Arriving a little before the scheduled time keeps the event relaxed and on track. At the complex, participants receive a briefing, split into teams and enter their games once the rules and safety guidance are clear.
Each escape game lasts up to 60 minutes. A game master follows the team remotely and can provide a hint when needed, so that one difficult puzzle does not stop the experience altogether.
After the games, the whole group can meet again, take photographs, compare results or continue with refreshments and another activity in a private event room reserved in advance.

Private event room, refreshments and extra activities
The complex has a separate event room where the group can gather before or after the games. It works well for a welcome, a toast, gift giving, light refreshments or a short team debrief.
The room can also host an additional activity supplied by the company or family. Refreshments, equipment, decorations and the length of use must be discussed in advance, so that the space can be prepared appropriately.
The event room is available by advance reservation and subject to availability. Mention it when requesting a quote, and we can build it into a practical timetable for the day.

What else can you add to the day?
If you want more than a one-hour activity, the escape games can be combined with a workshop before or afterwards. Every additional programme requires advance coordination and depends on partner and facilitator availability.
Cooking workshop. Chef College is located in the same building and offers hands-on sessions that can be planned around a style and menu suited to your group.
The cooking workshop’s date, time, content and menu are arranged directly with Chef College.
Practical workshops for organisations. In cooperation with Yozmot College, you can enquire about a programme adapted to the team’s and organisation’s goals.
Depending on facilitator availability, possible subjects include:
- Entrepreneurship and innovation
- Decision-making and turning goals into an action plan
- Managing change
- Problem and conflict resolution
- Individual contribution to teamwork
Laughter workshop. External facilitators can use humour, movement and positive-communication exercises to help participants relax and feel more comfortable together.
Workshops are booked and charged separately. Their availability, length and content must be confirmed in advance.

Quest Room’s escape rooms in Haifa
Quest Room opened Haifa’s first escape room and was among the early operators to develop the format in northern Israel. Today the complex has eight escape-room games at one address, placing it among Israel’s largest and most varied escape-room complexes and among the most prominent in the north. In each game, a team enters a story world for about 60 minutes, searches for clues, deciphers codes and uses only items intended for play, in line with the briefing, to complete the mission.
These games have several names — escape room, puzzle room or Quest Room — but all describe a team adventure to share with friends, family or a partner.
