Why do escape rooms work well for children and families?
An escape room gives children an active role inside a story rather than asking them to sit and watch. The recommended age and atmosphere vary by room, so check the details before booking.
A family game encourages curiosity, observation and creative problem-solving. Children and adults need to listen to one another and combine what they discover.
Quest Room offers games with different stories and difficulty levels. Families can compare the options and choose one that matches the children’s ages and previous experience.
The activity also gives different personalities a way to contribute. One child may notice visual details, while another may recognise a pattern or explain an idea clearly.
Finishing within the time limit is not the only measure of a good visit. The shared decisions, discoveries and surprises are what families usually remember afterwards.
If the group gets stuck, the game master can provide a hint and help everyone continue without revealing more than necessary.

Quest Room’s escape rooms in Haifa
Quest Room opened Haifa’s first escape room and was among the early operators to develop the format in northern Israel. Today the complex has eight escape-room games at one address, placing it among Israel’s largest and most varied escape-room complexes and among the most prominent in the north. In each game, a team enters a story world for about 60 minutes, searches for clues, deciphers codes and uses only items intended for play, in line with the briefing, to complete the mission.
These games have several names — escape room, puzzle room or Quest Room — but all describe a team adventure to share with friends, family or a partner.
The complex is easy to reach whether you are coming from Haifa, Nesher, the Krayot, Zikhron Ya’akov, elsewhere in northern Israel or the centre of the country. Choose a room and book a game, or buy a gift card for friends or family.
